Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by NAK House, a film production company based in Los Angeles, California. Questions about this policy can be sent to mail@nakhouse.com.

Information you give us

When you send an inquiry through our contact form or by email, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, and information about your project. We use this only to respond to you and to discuss potential work together.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email service provider acting on our behalf. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and where visits come from. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Embedded video

Project videos are embedded from Vimeo. When you play one, Vimeo may collect information under its own privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you've sent us at any time by emailing mail@nakhouse.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
